Customers may cancel an order within the allowed cancellation time as mentioned below.

2. Cancellation Time Window

  • Food Orders: Can be cancelled before the order is accepted or prepared by the restaurant.

  • Grocery & Medicine Orders: Can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Rental Services: Cancellation timelines depend on the rental type and duration.

  • E-commerce Orders: Can be cancelled before the item is shipped.

  • Parcel Delivery: Can be cancelled before pickup or dispatch.

Once an order is processed, dispatched, or prepared, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Cancellation Charges

  • No cancellation fee if cancelled within the permitted time.

  • A cancellation fee may apply if the order is cancelled after processing has begun.

  • In some cases, only a partial refund may be issued.

4. How to Cancel

  • Cancel directly through the Orbiitry app or website.

  • If cancellation is not available, contact Orbiitry customer support for assistance.

5. Failed or Forced Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by Orbiitry due to:

  • Unavailability of items or services

  • Technical issues or payment failures

  • Safety or operational concerns

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
